Customer service is amazing and the call center is very helpful, Ruth was very helpful, but the facility wasn't the best, the freight elevator wasnt operating, the garage door was locked so we had to bring stuff in through a small back door, and they forgot to give us a lock (but they refunded us $10 for that)Facility Amenities
